The Barber Hero is a Texas-based brand committed to quality grooming products and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy complies with applicable Texas consumer protection laws and marketplace requirements.

Returns (Direct-to-Consumer Orders)

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of grooming products, returns are only accepted for unused and unopened items.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Once a product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with Texas health and safety standards.

Amazon Orders

Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s Return Policy and must be initiated directly through your Amazon account.

The Barber Hero follows Amazon’s return and refund procedures for all marketplace orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To resolve the issue, email us with:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the claim is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
